Our People, Culture & Wellbeing Committee

The People, Culture & Wellbeing Committee (PCW) is a collaborative network and support service. The Committee meets regularly with a member of the Senior Leadership Team to bring forward any ideas / concerns and influence the future of Access. Committee members choose whether to represent their service area or champion something they’re passionate about, like neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, lived experience or menopause.

Access has successfully fostered a family-oriented organisational culture for many years.

Which is respected and embraced by all employees and volunteers.
This culture ensures that compassionate support is consistently provided.

Our Values

All team members adhere to our five core workplace values, known as HEART:

HONEST

Delivering services with integrity, compassion, and the highest ethical standards. Encouraging openness, which empowers all to develop strong and consistent relationships.

EXCELLENT

Pushing boundaries of achievement for our staff and customers. Striving to deliver the highest quality and value possible through simple relevant solutions.

AMBITIOUS

Driven by passion – with enthusiasm. Reaching vulnerable and socially isolated people without exception. Delivering services that raise aspirations for employees and customers.

RELIABLE

Being and remaining strong, dependable and trustworthy, while proudly fulfilling our commitments and responsibilities to stakeholders.

TOGETHER

Driven by passion – with enthusiasm. Reaching vulnerable and socially isolated people without exception. Delivering services that raise aspirations for employees and customers.
