Amongst all the great things that we deliver within Access Community Trust, we are also the very proud organisers of parkrun Lowestoft, the most easterly parkrun in the UK.

Lowestoft Parkrun

Parkrun Lowestoft, the most easterly parkrun in the UK is a free, weekly, timed, non-competitive, 5km, walk, jog or run, aimed at increasing exercise
participation regardless of age or ability, with over 300 regular participants.

The event takes place every Saturday at 9:00am along Lowestoft seafront, starting at the East Point Pavillion and ending at Claremont Pier, Wellington Esplanade.

Leiston Parkrun

Come run along the beautiful dunes within the AONB from Sizewell to RSPB Minsmere and back! The new parkrun Leiston cum Sizewell –
launched on Saturday 25th August and takes place at 9am every Saturday morning.

Who can participate?

Parkrun is open to all, from Olympians to beginners, we welcome everyone. In fact, it’s a fantastic way to get whole family involved!

We are supported by by a great team of volunteers including our staff and service users, friends within our community as well as those seeking to gain further work experience opportunities. We also welcome anyone who is undertaking their Duke of Edinburgh award too. Where do I sign up?

Register online at www.parkrun.org.uk/ and print off your designated barcode and bring it along to each event, including those that go on across the world – you only need to register once!
