Access Community Trust remains a strong and resilient charity, which is completely committed to delivering support to those that would otherwise find themselves at risk of homelessness or social exclusion.
At present, within all of our nine-specialist housing projects, we have implemented a range of enhanced cleaning procedures, alongside advising our residents on the correct Public Health England (PHE) guidance on symptoms and ways to avoid catching and spreading the virus.
Our Housing Support Team cannot work from home, so robust plans have been actioned to deliver the majority of our front line services throughout Suffolk and Norfolk to our clients, ensuring our continuity of support remains in place.
Telephone support is available for ALL of our community services. Our community coffee houses are sadly closed at present due to Government advice and will reopen as soon as we receive authorisation to do so.
